I am a qualified, registered Person-Centred Counsellor and have been appropriately trained to meet BACP’s rigorous professional standards. I have 17 years’ experience working in the field of mental health and emotional support and wellbeing, I have worked with individuals with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, relationship issues, sexual abuse, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and suicidal thoughts. At times life events may feel overwhelming and it often helps to talk to someone for support who is not emotionally attached to you. My aim is to help clients explore their issues, any areas of their lives they may find difficult, in therapy in a safe, supportive, confidential environment and feel heard and understood. I want to help you feel more fulfilled in life.

Simply contact me and leave a message for me I usually reply within 24 hours. We can mutually agree a time to set up an initial session and talk about what you want to get from counselling and any goals.
