Highly recommended with no hesitation at all. Extremely professional at all times. Therapy is provided in a relaxed and super clean environment. Appointment were scheduled to suit my needs and fit in around the children which was extremely helpful. Didn’t ever think a physio therapist could be so accommodating.

Very impressed with Dan’s attitude, knowledge and approach. Focused on getting me better with the fewest sessions, and made an immediate difference to my wrist, as well as providing a long term plan for more improvement.

Absolutely amazing service. After the nhs couldnt figure out what the issue with my arm was, Dan listened carefully and knew straight away what the issue was. Even after only one session i noticed a big difference in the movement in my arm, he is a miracle worker and you can just see how much he actually enjoys his work and cares for his patients. The staff are amazing too, i highly recommend this place.

Dan is a miracle worker! He is a true expert, professional, very caring and clearly loves his work.
He takes time to listen carefully to the problem, explains clearly what the issue is and how he intends to deal with it.
He makes you feel like the most important person at that moment and is totally committed to doing his best for you.
At the end of the treatment and when the problem is resolved he offers advice on self care and management to prevent recurrence - as and if appropriate
We have required Dan's services twice over the last few years and both times he has been 100% successful in resolving the issues. We trust him implicitly and would recommend him without hesitation.
His team are friendly and always keen to help.
Physio and Therapy rooms are a relaxing environment in which you feel totally at ease.

Dan sorted out my right shoulder most effectively. After struggling for 6months I went for a course of treatment where he explained the issues and the process to improve the movement. From not been able to lift my right arm above my head or any where near behind my back I now have a full range of movement.

I visited the Physio & Therapy Rooms with long-term issues with chronic pain. The first session was all about fact finding and identifying problems. Dan took copious notes. Subsequent appointments were all about treatment, hands on and exercises to assist healing. My problems were complex yet Dan initiated treatments to get to the crux of the cause and resolve them. He is at all times professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. I am now virtually pain free but armed with strategies introduced by Dan to cope should it return. This has had a direct affect on my quality of life and ability to pursue normal activities -so important for a person of 75 years.

I have used the skills of Dan before for a back injury and everyone will understand his passion and professionalism he shows to each patient, However it reached new levels in September 23.

Having been to urgent care (twice) A&E (once) and seen a consultant (all within a week)! nobody could tell me why my hands arms and legs where getting weaker and "not working properly". This culminated with me making an appointment to see Dan. I needed assistance to get into the reception and Dan assisted in getting me to the physio room, Within 30 minutes Dan had suggested what the problem could be and insisted I get specialist medical assistance immediately.

I left Dan at 4 pm and by 8 pm armed with his suggestion of GBS I was admitted to Preston Neurology where this suggestion was confirmed. Without being dramatic once the arms and legs have been affected the next step is your breathing and without meeting Dan I dread to think what may have happened next.

Dan's experience knowledge and his willingness to put patient first may have quite literally saved my life!

Dan is passionate with his job. No stone unturned. He listens and wants to know of any changes. As you progress through exercises. I would recommend seeing him as a first assesmemt before venturing. He is very professional and has studied hard to get where he is. I felt relaxed while he did the hands on which many dont do now in some Phisiotherapists rooms. Make an appointment you wont be disappointed. From the receptionist to Dan its a warm relaxing atmosphere.

My first time at the Physio & Therapy Rooms, Dan was brilliant, sorted my recurring neck pain and improved my posture to help prevent future flare ups. Also the receptionist team were the best, super friendly and they do a wonderful job.
I hope to never need them again but will be my go to should I need any more physio.

I have used Dan for a good few years now. As I work in the construction industry my body gets a fair amount of use , so needs some attention every once in a while Dan always manages to get things back in place. Recently I had a fall at work which left me in a lot of pain. I rang Dan and he fit me in straight away due to his swift attention and advice I was soon on the way to recovery. I can’t recommend Dan enough his service and experience in his field are excellent .

I went to see Dan Crawford about chronic neck pain. He treated me physically, which was what I was looking for, and this work released the vertebrae in my upper back. However, he also advised me on my posture. Following his advice, I've found that it's kept me clear of neck pain, but it's also altered my mental attitude, which I didn't expect. Hand on heart, I can say that the five or six consultations I had with this practitioner changed my life.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional service provided by Dan. He really was excellent from the first phone call to my final session. I went to Dan because I had constant pain in my right arm and shoulder, which was seriously affecting my sleep, work and leisure activities. Dan fit me in quickly and I felt an improvement from the first session. He has a wealth of knowledge and was able to provide me with plenty of things to work on (exercises and posture) as well as hands-on massage and stretching during the sessions.

I would highly recommend Dan to anybody that needs physio and he will be my only choice for physio in the future.

I was transferred to Dan via my insurance company after a car accident, I had neck & shoulder and suffering from serious head aches. Dan was fabulous and really understanding from the start. He gave me exercises to do at home before our sessions started, once the sessions started within a couple of weeks my pain was slowly easing, towards the end of my sessions my pain eased and eased week after week, Once the sessions had come to an end I felt like I had a new lease of life ( although very chilled and too relaxed at times whereas I could of fallen asleep) I did feel so much better, brand new in fact! I came away with lots of advice for the present and the future, my posture was terrible after speaking with Dan and he explaining the importance of it - it’s the main thing I concentrate on now!
The premises are really lovely, very clean all the staff are very friendly too!
I’m hopeful I won’t need physio again but if I did I wouldn’t go anywhere else but to Dan.

Really good experience.

I've had on/off shoulder pain for a few years from bad posture during office work so decided to contact Dan after hearing good things.

Dan was able to guide me in fixing my issue in the space of 4 sessions.

I appreciated how hands on he was and how intense his massages were, they really hit the spot and he was able to find the places it hurt just by using his hands. He was easy to talk to and his knowledge seemed boundless.

The receptionists were all really nice too, they were happy and professional, and i liked how they referred to me by my name right from the first session.

Will recommend to anyone needing it. Just wish I didn't wait so long before I sought treatment.

Dan is an excellent physiotherapist. I went to Dan with problems in my back that had been brought on working with very young children for many years. I am now pain free and able to move freely. Dan is a hands on physio, he doesn't just give you a piece of paper with exercises on to do. He works on the affected muscles and bones then demonstrates how to improve yourself with the relevant exercises. The building is very clean and the receptionist is lovely. It has been money well spent. Thank you to everyone at The Physio & Therapy Rooms, I can now enjoy my retirement doing all the things I love.

I have known and trusted Daniel for some years _so this year when I had my hip replaced I put my trust in him to get me back to walking pain free. His knowledge and expertise is second to none and I followed all the exercises I was given. Now I am walking, cycling and enjoying yoga all pain free..which is so wonderful.

My first initial assessment with Dan just wish I’d visited when my injury first commenced. Dan took all my details and asked pertinent questions relating to work, social and leisure activities, assessed my mobility and bingo diagnosed, what a difference that made, discussed treatment options and also identified and corrected posture, I had no idea that was contributing to my pain. Dan gave detailed information on what was required, 100% I’ve taken everything onboard, it’s not going to be a walk in the park, but I know what’s needed and Dan will be kept updated, I can’t recommend him enough, will certainly be utilising Physio Rooms going forward, a big, big, Thankyou 😀😀

We've been taking our lad for a back injury and the service is fantastic, value for money and they don't string out the treatment. Great advice for exercises you can do at home and very friendly team.
I would highly recommend "The Physio & Therapy Rooms", it's a shame you can only give them five stars!

I cannot praise Dan Crawford enough. I went to him last year, I was in so much pain with sciatica, I could hardly walk. I have finished my treatment and he has me skipping out of his room!!! My experience of the Physio and Therapy Rooms is excellent, Dan delivers an outstanding clinical service with patience, understanding and empathy. His assessment was very thorough, and got to grips with a long standing issue that had finally caught up with me and enabled me to return to sporting activities that I enjoy. Right from the start he explained fully the problems and set achievable goals for me, with personal diligence doing exercises and massage in between weekly visits to Dan I am back to full activities. Whilst I hope that I do not need to return, if I was to require any Physio intervention; I would not hesitate to contact him and would recommend him for his excellent care and results.

If you need Physio treatment and can get to Barrowford you would be a fool NOT to book in and visit The Physio & Therapy Rooms.
You will get "fixed" whatever the problem.
Forget the rest go to the best, and they don't get better than The Physio & Therapy Rooms.
Do yourself a favour; pick up the phone now and make that appointment...you will NOT regret it.

By far, this is the best physiotherapy treatment I have received. Dan made me feel very comfortable and the treatment provided was second to none.
Initially, I was sceptical when I was told that my pain could actually be healed and I could make a full recovery, considering the level of my severe chronic back pain. But now, here I am, approaching the end of my treatment, with hardly any pain at all!
Highly recommended with no hesitation at all.

I generally hurt my back doing something daft at my gym. Dan is someone I completely trust to get me pain free and mobile again. He also gives me really good advice to keep me fit. Dan is very personable and easy to talk to which isn’t always the case from those working in the medical profession.
