I’m the Practice Manager at The Physio & Therapy Rooms.
Much of my professional career has been within the estate agency sector, where I began as a Sales Negotiator and progressed through to Office Manager before becoming a Property Valuer. After many rewarding years in that field, I felt drawn to focus more on community and charitable work. Having been involved with raising money for our local hospice for several years, I decided to take on a position within their fundraising department, where I was able to contribute more directly to a cause close to my heart before taking a short career break to spend more time at home and with my family.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my Border Collie, Ringo, particularly exploring the Lake District and the Yorkshire Peaks — two of my favourite places for walking and mountain climbing. I’m also a keen runner and have proudly completed both the London and Paris marathons. Travel is another of my passions, and I love discovering new countries and cultures, though Italy continues to be a special favourite.
Most importantly, I value spending time with my family and feel fortunate to have two wonderful daughters and a granddaughter who bring me endless joy.
